K DreamSpeak uses a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email for login. If you don't see the OTP email within a few minutes:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so cancellation must be done through your store account — K DreamSpeak cannot cancel it on your behalf:
Canceling stops future auto-renewal; you'll keep PRO access until the end of the period you already paid for. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, as all payments are processed by them.
Open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account, then confirm. This will remove your profile, learning history, and associated personal data from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store/Google Play subscription — please cancel it separately in your store account settings to avoid future charges.
When you record your voice, the audio is sent securely to Microsoft Azure's speech-assessment service, which analyzes your pronunciation against the target Korean text and returns a score. PRO subscribers receive full-accuracy scoring; the Free tier offers a simplified/demo-style score. Scores are meant as a learning aid and may vary slightly between attempts due to background noise, microphone quality, or natural variation in speech recognition — they are not a certified language proficiency test.
Conversation practice and learning scenarios are generated using Google's Gemini AI model based on the text you type or the topic you select. Responses are AI-generated and intended for language-practice purposes; occasionally, AI responses may be imperfect, repetitive, or not fully natural — please use your judgment when learning from them.
